1. Nature of the Service
aura is an introspective cognitive workspace engineered to assist individuals, founders, and traders in mapping internal biases, psychological loops, and subjective patterns. Accessing this platform implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Explicit Non-Advisory Disclaimers
No Clinical Relationship: aura is an analytical exploration tool. It does not provide formal psychiatric diagnoses, psychotherapy, or medical intervention. It is not an alternative to licensed clinical care.
No Financial Advice: Patterns mapped across trading or entrepreneurial contexts are strictly exploratory. aura does not provide investment recommendations, trade signals, or financial fiduciary duties. Capital risk remains entirely your own.
3. Account Security & Biometrics
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, authenticated Passkeys, and OAuth sessions. aura cannot decrypt or reconstruct lost cryptographic credentials held exclusively in your client-side authenticator enclave.
4. Subscriptions & Digital Settlements
Premium tiers (MOMENTUM, OPTIMA) are settled in cryptocurrency via automated BTCPay invoices. Upon network settlement confirmation, access is granted for the contracted billing term (30 or 365 days). Due to irreversible cryptographic ledger dynamics, settled blockchain transactions are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The structural design, algorithmic models, literary formulations, and visual identities of aura are protected under proprietary copyright. Your subjective user reflections remain strictly your intellectual domain.
